What would you be doing?

This is a role that combines the skillsets of project coordination, process and data analysis, testing and change management to introduce new software and hardware that transforms our business. Reporting to the Project Team Manager you will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the introduction of new software and hardware

  • Understanding the way new solutions impacts core business processes and data

  • Helping users adopt and adapt to new solutions

  • Working with data and data integration across different solutions

  • Managing upgrades to our applications

  • Testing applications/solutions as it is upgraded or introduced.

  • Developing and delivering training in new and upgraded solutions

  • Working in a team with other solutions analysts, project managers, developers, change managers

  • To succeed in this role, you will bring the following:

  • At least 3 years experience in the IT industry as a Test lead, Business Analyst, Product Owner or Project coordinator

  • You will have a relevant track record in problem solving and customer service

  • Strong verbal and communication skills

  • Strong problem solving and listening skills
