And, our amazing Team Members are at the heart of it all! ** What will I be doing? ** In your new role as Spa Therapist you will deliver the eforea spa promise, to provide a personalised, transformative spa journey, with every guest who visits ‘emerging brighter’ from their spa experience.

Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will enjoy working as part of a team and you will be available to work evenings and weekends. Specifically you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: + Provide professional beauty treatments and services for guests, including body and facial treatments, massages and tours of the spa + Ensure high standards of cleanliness, quality of service and overall appearance of the eforea spa + Ensure exceptional guest experience from arrival to check out, bookings and upselling retail products + Keep up-to-date with eforea spa results and seek to positively influence them by following eforea spa and Hilton standards + Conduct daily duties with integrity, respect and ownership to ensure that you maintain strong relationships with the Spa Manager and your fellow team members ** What are we looking for? ** In your new role, you will be working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
