Client Lead – Spark Business Dunedin

Reporting to the Regional Lead Owners you will form part of our Lower South region client team and based from our Dunedin Offices.

Responsibilities:

• As a Dunedin Customer Lead you will manage a portfolio of local business clients to deliver outstanding customer experiences and revenue performance across a portfolio of aligned customers.
• You will play a key part in delivering effective sales strategies to achieve the overall service, revenue, and growth targets for the business. In addition, you will establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with our customers and business partners.
• You will contribute to a culture of high performance across a customer facing team to deliver aligned targets and customer satisfaction.
• You will be required to lead from the front with quality customer facing time within your portfolio and with potential Spark clients to gain insights and understand their business. 
• You will champion the needs of your clients with key business stakeholders and our partners to improve sales & service outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have (Preferred / Not Essential):

• You will have 2+ years’ experience in sales & service, including the ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and other leaders.
• You will have 2+ years’ relevant sales experience in ICT, with a proven track record of achievement.
• You will have excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas/concepts & effectively present both written & verbal.
• You will be an advocate for our customers and partners and focused on delivering outstanding customer interactions.
