About the Role: We are looking for an individual who is passionate about joining SVB’s Modern Delivery C4E team as a Senior PPM Tool Lead. This role requires a keen understanding of the PPM toolset and how to maximize those systems for our users. Description Technical owner of the Planview system, works closely with product owner to design and build/configure the system Provide support and expertise to team members when identifying design solutions and configuration decisions Maintain and ensure system stability As needed escalate to the vendor ensuring the problem is resolved within the SLAs Working with users and vendor customer care, conduct the root cause analysis for any issues Keep the PPM Product Owner and users updated on any critical issues affecting the users Implement the system automation, enhancements and/or improvements as prioritized by the product owner Partner with the product owner and management in estimating cost and efforts in line with roadmap, objectives and design alternatives Detailed Responsibilities Working with the Integrations team to implement tool and interface configuration as per the requirements set forth by the Product Owner and stakeholders Design the solution based on the requirements Review business requirements and configure the tool as per the solution design Participate in developing procedures, user documentation and training material for additional Planview functionality Work with global support teams to provide day to day user support of the Planview application and monitor and respond to incident and/or request tickets, questions for escalated tickets Oversea monthly cloud updates from Planview to ensure system up-time. Work with product owner to oversee any data or configuration changes performed by SVB or the vendor Complete and/or review root cause analysis of key system performance issues, escalations, system defects etc.; provide active technical leadership, own the resolution, communication, outcomes and help troubleshoot the issues and keep the product owner informed The subject matter expert and point of escalation when tier-1/2 cannot address the reported issues Build reports based on requirements provided by the Product Owner. Responsible for system configuration in accordance with business requirements Participate on key system projects, as needed, which may include data entry, data quality checks, measuring usage, testing the system, troubleshooting defects etc. Work closely with the Planview vendor support team to identify and implement solutions to system problems or defect Qualifications A good candidate will bring Extensive experience (5+ years) working with Planview or other PPM tools, Technical experience as a PPM tool administrator, architect and/or as a tech lead where you have designed, integrated and implemented PPM tools A can-do attitude Understand the big picture, can design solution, and adapt and learn with changing business needs Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar or equivalent work experience Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred
