About the role …
You will be accountable for the performance of your sales team, maintaining merchandising standards, stock control and monitoring of store expenses.
Engage, inspire and motivate your team to achieve outstanding customer service and sales targets.
About you …
Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities comes easy and you pride yourself on your coaching and leadership skills.
Proven management experience (approx. 3+ years, and significant retail experience in big ticket and or luxury retail of interest)
The skills to recruit, motivate, coach and develop team members to help them achieve success
Strong communication ability to positively influence and engage with your team and customers
Demonstrated competence in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, budgets, executing plans, reporting and maintaining a safe environment.
Resilience and adaptability, ready to drive change and grow market share.
You will be commercially savvy and demonstrate a solid understanding of retail and what drives business performance and an exceptional customer experience. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality and believe that service and relationship building with customers is ultimately what will make you successful.
