Hyundai Rotem is a South Korean company and a manufacturer and global supplier of rail rolling stock. Hyundai Rotem has proudly supplied the fleet of EMU trains for the Greater Wellington area and we also now supply maintenance services to enhance the performance and increase the reliability of our fleet. We have a fixed term, full time role available (with potential to extend) for a reliable and proactive store person to join our Supply Chain team in our Wellington depot. As a Supply Chain team member, you will be responsible for undertaking various administration functions effectively for a multi-site depot. Your key responsibilities will include: Request for quotation, raising purchase orders and purchase requisition Participating in vendor meetings and taking minutes Following up with suppliers to get the parts on time Liaise with various suppliers on cost and delivery time Preparing documentation for inward goods Quality control of all inwards goods Maintaining the inventory control data system Maintaining and verifying inventory records Performing cycle count and reconciliation of stocks.
