Would you like to work on an attractive, spacious, and growing campus on Auckland’s North Shore, with excellent facilities and ample parking? Massey University Library is looking for a permanent, full-time Subject Librarian to help support the teaching, learning, and research activities of students and academic staff.

Massey University is known for its distinctive mix of campus-based, distance and international teaching, ground-breaking research, and the applied nature of many of its teaching and research programmes. We offer a stimulating and supportive environment, working with colleagues across our three campus libraries.

  • An interest in working with foundation and international students
  • A strong and proactive approach to customer service
  • Well-developed communication, outreach and relationship-building skills
  • An interest in educational technologies and the opportunities they offer
  • Teaching experience and a professional library qualification or be working towards one
