Permanent, 24 hours per week

Oranga Tamariki is leading social work practice that is child-centred, trauma informed and effective for Māori as well as other cultures.

 

As a Supervisor Night Attendant you will have the opportunity to lead a team of night staff who will ensure the safety, care and wellbeing of tamariki and oversee the night time operations of the residence.

  • Managed and led teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to identify risks and minimise them
  • Experience in providing supervision to staff
  • Experience in development and workflow plans for staff
  • Resilience and a positive outlook
  • Strong desire to contribute to and be supportive of a positive team and site culture
  • A full clean drivers licence
  • Great planning and time management skills
  • Confidence in presenting to others
  • Commitment to authentically implementing both the Practice and Care Standards
