To man the counter at the General School, including handling of phone calls and walk-in inquiries. To assist in filing, typing and drafting correspondence and documentation. To assist in ordering refreshment To issues and received keys and ensure that record are properly maintained. To perform other duties assigned by the Principle or other key personnel from the school Requirements Job Requirements Higher Nitec / Nitec in Officer Skills GCE ‘O’ Level Able to communicate in English orally and written Familiar with word processing, email, spreadsheet and calendar. Proficient in data entry At least 1 year experience in school environment.
