NZCare Disability is part of Healthcare NZ limited and provides services to people with disabilities all across New Zealand; our aim being to maximise someone’s independence and quality of life.We have multiple vacancies in our Residential services in North & West Auckland, where we are looking for experienced Support Workers to join the team. This role will see you working with up to 5 clients living in flat type situation across morning, afternoon and evening shifts as well as weekends. These are full time positions on a rostered basis.What does a Support Worker do?Our support workers assist people who access our services to live as independently as possible, in their community. Support workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 cover with responsibilities including providing assistance with personal care, community outings and other aspects of daily living including meal preparation and household cleaning – enabling our clients to achieve their goals.What’s in it for you?We are committed to our employees and are proud to employ and train the best people in all areas of our organisation.
