The recruitment team at Corrections has been on a journey lately piloting different software and reviewing the benefits. We’re now close to finalising this process so need someone to take us over the finish line! This means is we need a ‘super user’ – someone who will support our recruiters to use the system well, produce reports for the management team and identify ways the system can be utilised to improve the services we provide.
While you’ll bring your technical capability, you’ll also enjoy supporting teams to do the work they do. This role will be responsible for managing the invoicing, creation of purchase orders and document management processes. This will involve working with the finance team to ensure our processes are robust and timely.
This role has been established to work with the team to embed our new systems and ensure a smooth transition to the way we provide recruitment services to our candidates and internal stakeholders.
