We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People Team!About the Role: We have an opening for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us in our modern offices, based in Grafton. Working in The People Team , the focus of the role is to partner with with our internal customers delivering quality talent attraction techniques to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time to support our exciting phase of growth at Orion Health globally. This end to end role will include recruitment across the full spectrum of IT roles and include non-technical roles. The work you do and roles you recruit will have a global reach across New Zealand, Australia, EMEA, and North America. A key focus of our People Team is the value we add, working as one team partnering with our business, wherever they are, forming strong relationships with hiring managers, getting to know who they are, what they do and helping to support their talent acquisition and workforce planning. Your role will be to coach and advise them through the recruitment process to deliver the best outcomes.As part of a wider People Team we’re always open to exploring the latest tools and technology and pushing the boundaries to come up innovative recruitment marketing and employer branding solutions to help support our business.About You: You’ll love recruitment and working with people, have knowledge, skills, curiosity, and experience … this means you’ve been through all different types of recruitment situations and cycles, know what a superb recruitment process and candidate experience should be, and will be ready to hit the ground running autonomously, in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working in a fun and vibrant team and will be flexible enough to adapt to different programs of work whether its high volume or detailed search depending on the needs of the organisation. You will: Have previous technical IT recruitment experience, ideally inhouse Understand the value of partnering closely with business and employment brandingExcellent skills in candidate search, sourcing and candidate engagement LinkedIn Recruiter experience, ATS, Greenhouse preferablyThrive in busy environments and adaptable to work in a constantly changing environment Enjoy thinking outside the square and possess a can-do attitudeStrong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProcess driven, with solid knowledge of the end to end recruitment and on-boarding process We Offer: This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your in-house recruitment skills on a global scale within an experienced and supportive team.
