We need a passionate recruiter to come and join the team to help find the talent we need.We work as business talent partners, managing the end to end recruitment of a wide range of both technical and non-technical roles. We have a strong focus on direct recruitment as well as working alongside our external recruitment partners, to ensure we attract and select top talent.The desire to build and nurture talent communities, networking and relationship management, both internally and externally, are crucial to ensure success in this role.In addition, you will get to work on talent and recruitment projects which adds breadth and variety to the opportunity.Who we are looking forWe are looking for a switched-on recruiter who has the capability to manage a number of roles at any one time – we are a busy team! You will need to be a great communicator both written and verbal, and have the natural ability to build rapport quickly to engage with candidates and managers at all levels.
