We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Auckland on a permanent basis.
About the role:
Working within a lean People team this is the ideal role for an experienced Internal Recruiter with a “can do” attitude. A key part of the value we add as a team is in partnering with the business – forming strong relationships with the business leaders, getting to know who they are, what they do and helping to support their talent management and workforce planning, so you can be well positioned to coach, advise and develop skills through a recruitment process and deliver the right outcomes for the organisation.
You will focus on all things recruitment from reactive to proactive recruitment including talent pipelining, talent attraction sourcing, really getting to know the business, and embracing innovation. We’re also an Accredited Employer so the sky’s the limit to attracting and welcoming global talent to the shores of New Zealand alongside campaigns for our offices around the world.
You will be equally comfortable moving between hands on recruitment delivery to talent specific projects. There will be lots of varied projects such as Employer Branding, Process reviews, Onboarding, Intern and Graduate Programs.
