We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual with exceptional customer focus and communication skills to fill in as our new Talent Assistant.
You are responsible for managing the delivery of our core employment documentation and processes to support our great people into new roles, or start great careers here at ACC. In addition, you will be the ‘go to’ for how our Service Delivery teams flow together to deliver a great, and continually improving, experience for our customers. Your involvement will be invaluable to the organisation, and the knowledge you will gain about employment law, policies and practices will set you up for a great career in HR.
Your professional manner in handling confidential information will ensure you’re a success in this position, as will your detailed and pragmatic approach to your work, high standard of attention to detail and the ability to cope with tight delivery times. You will receive support and guidance from the Advisory team along with opportunities to learn from the wider Talent team members to help further develop your knowledge and insight.
