The Contingent Workforce team provides high quality resource expertise and support to hiring managers throughout the end-to-end engagement of contractors, temps and consultants.

About the role

The newly established Contingent Workforce team require a Team Administrator to assist with activities including the utilisation of finance and contract management systems, inputting and reviewing data, managing inboxes and documentation, maintaining supplier profiles and performance indicators.

About you

You will have previous experience supporting a busy team with a ‘can-do’ attitude.  You will bring a self-directed and proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines effectively. Your flair for organisation sees you keeping dependable records of progress, approvals and other relevant documentation.  You will be keen to get to know the business and have the nous to spot anomalies such as conflicting information, double-ups or cross-overs.   Your desire to improve efficiency, combined with your initiative, will also see you take collaborative action to improve reporting processes as necessary.

You will also offer:

  • Strong computer literacy including with competency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
  • The ability to make sound decisions within short timeframes, be adaptable and use initiative.
  • An inquisitive nature – you are not afraid to ask the right questions to achieve the desired outcomes
  • An exceptional eye for detail with an investigative mind set.
  • Any previous experience working with Oracle Fusion and/or Portt (Progenitor) would be highly desirable
