Professional Development group delivers learning and initiatives across our front-line teams to help grow the professional quality and practice leadership capability across the organisation. Our team administrator has retired, and so we have an exciting opportunity for someone new to come on board.
We are looking for the person who will be the glue that keeps our team together and helps us deliver our best work. You’ll support the managers with administrative functions such as travel bookings, diary management, and event management. You’ll manage correspondence and our filing systems, including developing new systems as needed. The role also includes processing of accounts in our financial system, and you’ll use spreadsheets and databases for recording key data. Putting together great documentation, reports and presentations is part of the role, and you’ll pitch in when those unexpected things turn up and we just need to get something done.
You will be someone who delights in anticipating and meeting your customer’s needs, and who gets satisfaction in delivering a job well done at pace. You will also be an awesome communicator and have the ability to work collaboratively in our team and across the business. Juggling a variety of work is second nature to you, and you will be super efficient and savvy with systems. In fact you’re the sort of person who can see how to improve things so they are easier for everybody, and then makes those improvements. You’ll be comfortable working with numbers and data, and be a confident user of Excel.
