As a Team Assistant (TA) it is your responsibility to provide exemplary administration, secretarial and coordination support to leaders and their teams to keep them running at full speed which allows them to fully focus on producing their outputs in order to achieve the Treasury’s desired outcomes. This role would suit a talented TA who has lots of initiative and the ability to work at pace and prioritise effectively.
Within the Commercial, Infrastructure & Urban Growth Directorate we have an opportunity for two TA’s to join our team. In this role, you will be able to handle instructions for processes not just tasks and make good judgement calls on what is required. You’ll be a TA that is ahead of the curve when it comes to modern processes and practices and you will have a great ability to keep your Managers across the variety of work that is happening. You’ll be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively as you will be called upon to assist with the wider business support network.
Team Assistant – Governance & Appointments and National Infrastructure Unit
This is a newly created position where you’ll provide administrative support to two fast paced teams. You will be responsible for supporting the Governance and Appointments team and the National Infrastructure Unit (NIU), who are responsible for providing advice on infrastructure policy issues.
Team Assistant – Commercial Performance
Due to an internal promotion, this role has become available to support the two managers of the Commercial Performance Group and their teams. This is fast paced role and our teams are at the centre of commercial advice and financial expertise working across a range of entities.
