As a Team Lead you will Lead a team covering facilities management, administration and technology (mainly desktop) across 10 North Island based sites.

In this varied role you will:

Lead national portfolios across Workplace Services

Manage relationships with site leads

Provide oversight to team members to ensure consistency, quality and stewardship of services to support better business outcomes.

Provide technical capability and act as a point of escalation or assistance

You will need to have experience in:

People leadership, include remote management across sites

Providing high quality advise to internal and external customers

Using the right information and insights, in the right context, to make effective decisions considering impacts and independencies
