New Zealand Customs Service (Customs) | Te Mana Ārai o Aotearoa protects New Zealand against threats to the border. Do you want to make a positive difference to the protection of New Zealand’s border from serious threats, the facilitation of legitimate trade and travel, and the collection of customs and excise revenue on behalf of the Crown?
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who will be responsible for leading and mentoring our Auckland based Corporate Services team. This includes working closely with team members located in the CBD at the Auckland Customhouse and at the Auckland Airport precinct including at Auckland International Airport and the Customs Air Cargo Inspection Facility.
This is a challenging and busy role where you will be providing day-to-day leadership of the team, including mentoring and performance management. We are seeking someone with previous leadership experience who has the drive and energy to get things done, along with the ability to connect with people.
