Team Leader – Hardware & Powertools
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate and motivatedRetail Team Leader to join our team at Mitre 10 MEGA Westgate to help lead teammembers in the Hardware & Powertools departments.
Combining your strong retail background and yourability to take the initiative, this role will see you support the Zone Managerto lead an already established and successful team and demonstrate your abilityto challenge, motivate and drive the team in a fast pace and fun environmentdelivering exceptional customer service to our Customers.
You will assistin the day-to-day management of the Hardware & Powertools departments toachieve maximum profitability, growth and efficiency within all departmentalaspects and procedures of the store
This role will support the Zone Manager with:
