    Ko tā mātou mahi – Our Role

    We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join our Wellington based team. In this role you will be accountable for the people management of a team of Programme and Project Managers and Coordinators who will themselves be responsible for a range of nationally significant programmes and projects.

    You will have ultimate responsibility for the delivery of the teams’ programmes and projects and will use your leadership, coaching and mentoring skills to support the delivery of high quality outputs using best-practice methodologies.

  • Proven leadership style that cultivates a positive and high performing team
  • Project Management Methodology qualifications, preferably Prince 2 Practitioner
  • Ability to communicate programme and project management concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical employees
  • A sound knowledge of risk management and quality assurance particularly in relation to projects and people
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers to ensure consistency of working practices and deliveries
