2 x Team Manager positions – Food and Beverage – New Zealand Food Safety

We’re looking for two awesome team managers to join and lead a passionate bunch of foodies, designers and communicators that work hard and fast – but also have a lot of fun along the way. These are permanent full-time roles within the Food & Beverage team at New Zealand Food Safety.

The Food & Beverage team is all about helping people within a diverse range of food industries do the right thing (make safe and suitable food) by providing clear and easy to understand rules, tools and processes. We do this by working in a flexible structure with a people-centred culture, applying innovative design thinking and continuous improvement approaches to uncover what people that make and sell food need from us to support, encourage and require them to comply. We believe more effective regulation comes from co-creating solutions to wicked food safety and suitability problems with people that make and sell food.

The Food and Beverage team sits in the Food Regulation directorate at New Zealand Food Safety, a branch of the Ministry for Primary Industries.
