As a Technical Specialist – Transport you will ensure the effective delivery and management of technology hardware and cloud-based solutions and services as well as the development of technology hardware operational procedures.
You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting and proactively managing hardware and cloud-based services and contributing to security incident response resolution.
An important part of this role will be to ensure that service integrity and quality of technology operations and support meets agreed business outcomes.
We are looking for an effective communicator with excellent collaboration and relationship management skills.
