An exciting opportunity exists for a Test Analyst to be part of IPONZ’s Business Systems team.  This is a permanent role, based in Wellington.

About the role.

You will develop and maintain test plans, as well as test automation scripts and orchestrations, to ensure IPONZ business systems continue to function and new capabilities meet our requirements.    You will have the opportunity to build on existing work as well as bring new approaches and ideas.

As the Test Analyst you will work closely and collaboratively with colleagues to undertake and co-ordinate testing as well as contribute to the Business Systems Team activities in support the systems that underpin IPONZ’s services.

 

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience in the application of testing methodologies and the use of a variety of testing tools, including test automation software.
  • Familiarity with, the key technical architectures, solutions, software platforms and toolsets used within IPONZ, including its web applications, search tools, APIs, data exchange systems and their purposes, interfaces and dependencies.
  • Understanding of standards and processes in use in the IT industry, including ITIL and SDLC
  • Must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand
