This role will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of a fully automated, network-wide transformation incorporating the design and development of automated, process & data driven technology solutions across the NZ Post environment. This work is at discovery phase therefore it’s a great time to join the team and be part of the evolution of this work programme. This role will work across multiple workstreams to design & build optimised operational processes across the NZ Post environment using data driven insights. It will also contribute to the development of a Continuous Improvement framework and contribute to the design of advanced solutions that enable smarter & faster data driven decisions across the NZ Post network in a number of key areas. 

The programme team are high performing and fun. Based at our Highbrook offices they are working hard to ensure our network is well positioned for the future. 

As the ideal candidate for this role you will have a collaborative, inquisitive and high performing attitude and multiple years’ experience in a role focussed on identifying and implementing process improvements within large logistics or operational businesses. You will also be able to demonstrate experience working the full lifecycle of data insight solutions development from conceptualisation to implementation. We are also a customer centric and agile environment.
