We have an exciting opportunity within Manager Isolation and Quarantine (MIQ) for a Triage Advisor(s) within the Operations team.
The Triage team is responsible for communicating with and triaging applications from people applying for Exemptions, Emergency Allocations and waivers of MIQ charges. The role ensures that data is entered in a timely and accurate way. Monitoring a shared inbox for urgent matters, escalation of urgent or sensitive matters. The Advisor provides clear and consistent advice, manages relationships with key stakeholders, also supporting the planning and operations required to support arrivals into MIQ.
What we are looking for;
In this role you will be required to work on a roster of 4 days on 2 days off. You would work 2 days 7.30am-4.00pm, 2 days 11.30am-8.00pm, follow by 2 rostered days off.
