Have you got a passion for digital product, website and mobile app user experience? Then this is the role for you. The role will lead all elements of digital customer experience, from research to workflows to final UX / UI.As a UX Designer at NZME, you will be responsible for designing the end-to-end experience and user interfaces across our new digital venture websites and apps. You’ll be working in an agile environment to create new features or redesign existing experiences based on quantitative and qualitative insights.Are you ready to join a progressive and innovative media business? We’re looking for someone to join us on a fixed term basis for 12 months.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:3+ years of UX Design experience Experience creating flawless responsive design across a range of devices Passionate about customer experience with a strong focus on the user journey Experience with UI Design tools e.g.Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator,InVision Motivated and confident, with a true passion for addressing business challenges with user research Excellent communicator able to liaise effectively with a variety of internal staffDESIRABLE (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL SKILLS):Experience with Research tools e.g. Usability Hub Optimal Sort Usertesting.com Exposure to user research, user testing and discovery techniques Experience in e-commerce or classified verticals THE PERKS:So what do we offer in return?
