You’ll be able to showcase your outstanding written and verbal communication skills and enthusiastic personality in addition to your top notch problem solving skills talking directly to customers and teams to follow up on any queries and generally support to meet service levels and targets. About You Love a chat and having a bit of banter? You are going to thrive in this role! No two days will be the same and you will form great relationships with our team and our customers. You’ll probably love wine as much as we do but importantly, you’ll have at least a couple of years experience in customer service roles-the ability to build rapport and show empathy.
