About The Role
You will work with V+ testers and developers and the wider technology team to continuously improve and evolve testing practices, Lead and guide testers in the team in best practice and process improvements. and ensure timely and quality delivery to our Customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop and enhance the test strategy to support all test phases including Systems, End to end, Integration, Regression, User Acceptance and Performance.
Work in an Agile, customer centric and collaborative team, working with a range of business and technical stakeholders to deliver outcomes and value for our customers.
Set and ensure clear testing governance & quality control standards are followed consistently across the team.
Ensure test documentation and test artefacts are completed in accordance with ANZ Standards.
Track and manage test demand at project/program level to ensure agreed delivery dates are adhered to by working with the Platform Leads.
Assist in test development and execution when needed.
Schedule test events and environments and other co-ordination activities.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Depth of experience in testing. Proven knowledge of IT testing and SDLC methodologies such as Agile.
Several years of experience with VisionPlus.
Experience with a variety of manual and automated testing tools.
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
Self-managing accompanied by strong interpersonal skills, a natural leader, and can provide guidance or leadership to others.
The ability to set clear achievable goals, set priorities, delegate and meet deadlines.
