An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Organisational Development Unit to support the development of DOC’s wellbeing approach. This is a fixed term or secondment opportunity where the successful applicant will work alongside the Wellbeing Manager until the end of April 2022.
The reason this position is fixed term is to support the development and delivery of a project workstream around organisational wellbeing.
You will be working across Organisational Development and engaging with key stakeholders to progress the work. You will need to understand the environment in which DOC operates and to draw on best practice from other organisations.
You’ll be passionate about people and creating meaningful change. You will be keen to get stuck into delivering projects in a pragmatic and people-centric way. You will be up to date with best practice and will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
Ideally you will have experience in Wellbeing, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organisational Development, or Health and Safety.
Eligibility to work in New Zealand is mandatory, including a valid work visa covering the whole period of employment if applying internationally.
