OCS currently has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager – Corporate to join our team in Wellington.
$85k Package + Incentive Scheme
Based in Ngauranga Gorge , Wellington you will be responsible for the day to day Cleaning Services operations for a variety of sites across Wellington and achievement of sales targets and account management activities versus our contractual obligations.
Your focus will be to manage and motivate the team and provide leadership towards the achievement of satisfied customers and our earning potential at each site.
Your attributes will be prior to leadership and people management skills, you drive from the front and are not afraid to have tough conversations. You are about meeting KPI (including sales-focused KPI) and portraying the OCS brand in the best light possible.
You enjoy stakeholder and client engagement, forming relationships and upselling based on your trusted advice.

This position reports to the Central Region Area Manager.
