An exciting opportunity has arisen and the Communications Centres Support Group is seeking to appoint a Workforce Analyst to join the national team at an Auckland based location.

 

We are looking for a talented, motivated and enthusiastic individual to be part of a growing high performing team, in a fast paced and lively environment.

 

The purpose of the role is to support the Communications Centres leadership team by effectively planning and generating rosters that meet the forecasted demand whilst also taking into consideration operational, training and leave requirements, established business rules, employment agreements and HR policies with the aim of optimising resources to achieve the business objectives, as we seek to provide a great customer and employee experience to the Communications Centres.

 

Skills and Experience. You will:

  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sound knowledge of other Windows based programs (such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
  • Be able to organise/analyse data in a structured manner
  • Be able to multi-task whilst managing competing demands and high workload at times
  • Be able to meet deadlines and be accountable for performance
  • Have recent experience of working in a high performing team environment
  • Have good analytical, compliance and numerical skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to proactively find and define problems, understand business impacts, identify solutions and provide recommendations for corrective action
  • Have an aptitude towards continuous improvement and innovation
  • Have a keen eye for attention to detail with ability to work methodically and quickly within a team and autonomously
  • Demonstrate a sound decision making skills, using a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and the ability to think outside the square

 

Special Requirements:

  • Shortlisted applicants may be asked to complete a small test to demonstrate excel and critical thinking skills
  • Successful applicant must reside in Auckland
