An exciting opportunity for an analyst to work as part of our Northern Regional Alliance team as we support the Junior Doctor RMO Workforce across our 3 Auckland DHBs.As a brand new role, there will be the opportunity to help shape and embed this role within the team while delivering the core activities day to day.The role will have a focus on data quality, compliance and reporting, while also enhancing our capability and capacity to utilise information, and drive regional workforce planning and forecasting – focused on the Junior Doctor RMO Workforce.This role will work regionally to support our Workforce Operations team day to day, while also providing a unique opportunity to support our leadership team and senior stakeholders in decision making and planning the future direction of our workforce.You will have infectious curiosity, willing to leave no stone unturned in your quest for data, facts and insights. You will have an intuitive, thoughtful and reflective approach and be able to clearly articulate the story behind the data, able to share the knowledge and suggest where it may lead us.Data will be your buzz. You will be able to use technical skills such as SQL Server analysis, advanced excel and business/financial modelling; to tell the story, to see the picture and influence decision making for the future.The Northern Regional Alliance is owned and operated by the Northern Regional District Health boards.
