Workplace Administrator – Oranga Tamariki – Wellington

Are you currently looking for a new challenge and want to grow your administrative experience to a new height? Look no further as we currently seeking for a permanent Workplace Administrator based at our Lower Hutt Site.
In this opportunity, one of your main responsibilities is working in partnership with various vendors, casual employees and other stakeholders where you will be bringing in your well-established relationship management skills. You will also be providing administrative needs to the Social Workers through delivering support and assistance with financial planning and liaising with the National Accounting Centre.
Being customer centred and having good organisational skills is the key to success. You will be providing great customer services through reception administration and will be supporting our clients, visitors and staff members.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have proven office administration experience. Being computer literate with a sound knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Microsoft Word will be beneficial. Another key competency which we will be looking for is some basic accounting and numeracy knowledge. You will also need to have a well-developed communication skill both written and oral.

This role offers a salary package between $44,156.43 – $56,124.27
