The Property Team is looking for an innovative and capable Workplace Transition Manager to join us. The Property team provides property lifecycle management from inception, project management, delivery and planning and analytics. The MBIE property portfolio includes office accommodation, residential accommodation, MBIE owned property, and sub-leased (co-located) premises from / with other Crown agencies.
Our Programme of Work is relatively new and we are working to embed change management within our approach to property projects. Having worked in project environments where people, systems and work environments are important will be helpful. We want to ensure that the groups impacted by change feel valued and that they have a voice.
Reporting to the Head of Property. The Workplace Transition Manager is responsible for providing leadership for Project Managers and Change Managers to deliver and manage Property Projects and wider business change initiatives. The role provides oversight and leadership in relation to all of the property projects related to staff moves or new locations being implemented. At times, the Workplace Transition Manager may be asked to manage a project for significant new building implementations or high volume staff relocations.
