About the role
The Business Analyst plays an important role in providing expertise in the exploration of business solutions, analysis of business needs and contributing to the implementation of business solutions and process improvements. You will need to have a pragmatic approach to defining problems and documenting requirements and desired outcomes effectively. To ensure success in this role, you will actively collaborate with key stakeholders and provide integrated and value-add solutions that complement the organisation’s needs.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential in this role, as is a proven ability to put methodologies into practice. In addition to unquestionable technical competence, this role requires the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders through excellent communication and facilitation skills.
