Maternity is a health priority.

In this advisory role you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Maternity quality, consumer relationship and health promotion initiatives, developed in partnership with sector leaders. 

This will include providing joint leadership to strengthen quality across DHBs and community maternity services.

This role reporting to the Programme Manager, Maternity and based in Wellington does not have any direct reports but is responsible for bringing together virtual teams across the ministry, other agencies and maternity providers to achieve results. 

To be successful in this role you will have some Maternity experience including knowledge of Maternity quality and safety with a natural ability to partner with others.

You will be rewarded by being a member of a programme that will lead significant change in how we deliver Maternity services.
