The Administrative Assistant, Business Development - Contractor reports to the Senior Vice President of Business Development. This role provides administrative and logistical support to multiple sub-departments in the Business Development team, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings, projects, and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for multiple sub-departments within the Business Development team
- Assist with meeting logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings (room reservations, video conferencing setup, catering, and materials) at both client's Bellevue location and Everett location(s)
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting documents in advance
- Assist with tracking action items, follow-ups, and deadlines resulting from meetings
