Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructor-led and on-the-job training for apprenticeships in the utilities industry.
- Leverage established instructional design methodologies to assess stakeholder needs and evaluate delivered training.
- Create learning materials for technical content, including hands-on practice activities, guides, scenarios, videos, assessments, and simulations.
- Perform detailed task analysis for job functions, business processes, or systems.
