**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate front-end loaders to move raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently
+ Load trucks, hoppers, and conveyors to support production and customer deliveries
+ Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues
+ Maintain clean, organized work areas that meet safety and operational standards
+ Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and site goals
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Ability to safely operate heavy equipment or quickly develop that capability
+ Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail in all tasks
+ Reliable and team-oriented with clear communication skills
