Job Description
Responsibilities - Completing and reviewing work assignments and adjusting workload and resources periodically with the team.
- Mentoring and cross‑training staff with a standardized training program and documentation.
- Implementing required quality management systems to ensure customer work scope, results, and team performance meet approved SOPs and organization’s safety and quality requirements.
- Participating in cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives driven by the Team Lead.
- Coordinating and ensuring timely calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Maintaining good laboratory housekeeping with the team.
- Additionally, your laboratory operations responsibilities will involve:
- Preparation for odor evaluations.
- Maintaining End‑to‑End (E2E) service of material management.
- Supporting the shipping of compounded materials with complete shipping documents.
