Job Description
Responsibilities - Serve as the primary coordination between Customer Service with Business Units and internal Supply Chain functions. Handle BU and Sales inquiries, ensuring clear, accurate responses and effective follow-up to CS and SC.
- Translate BU requirements into actionable Customer Service and supply chain steps with clarity and ownership. Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on residue, stock issues, and product availability.
- Strengthen BU confidence by ensuring prompt communication, accurate information flow to respective CS and SC for operational consistency. Take ownership of communication loops until all actions are fully closed.
- Support documentation for Halal, Kosher, NSF, and other regulatory certifications.
- Ensure product label compliance through SDS-to-label verification, phase‑in/phase‑out updates, and regulatory alignment.
