This role is ideal for youth workers, care support workers and graduates wanting practical experience within a relationship‑focused, therapeutic learning environment.

The Role

• Support students with SEMH, behavioural needs and additional learning needs
• Promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour and engagement with learning
• Build strong relationships and support reintegration pathways
• Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams in a small specialist setting
