ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Min 4 plus years SAP Authorisation experience.
- SAP Authorization support
- SAP S/4 Hana, support
- MS Excel (Strong Formula knowledge)
- SAP Trace analysis.
- Strong communications skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proven experience in roles maintenance support within a SAP environment
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
- JIRA/Confluence knowledge advantage (Agile).
- Strong Basis authorization object knowledge.
- ITSM change ticket creation.
- Excel Macros & scripting skills.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Role Build (Role changes/new roles).
- 2nd Line Support.
- Applications operations support for Authorisations.
- Providing 1st level support to users; adhering to documented processes.
