Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for training baristas under Secret Recipe group. Skillful with coffee machine and its calibration. Establishing new beverage recipes. Establish and record approved standard processes and procedures (SOP) for new and current beverages. Responsible to implement quality and sensory evaluation. Assist in implementation all new SKUs, improvements or cost saving activities. Assist and involved in troubleshooting, brainstorming and contributing expertise throughout the R&D process. Keep updated of current beverage trends and technology. Ensure compliance of R&D activities according to company SOP, food safety standards and Halal requirements. Requirements
