**Job Title: 1st Shift Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

The 1st Shift Maintenance Technician performs preventive and reactive maintenance on flavoring production machinery and facility equipment in a clean, GMP-regulated food processing environment. This role works closely with a team of maintenance mechanics and specialists to keep dry blend, spraying, reactor, extractor, and compounding machines operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all quality and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment as outlined in company manuals and maintenance schedules.
+ Troubleshoot and repair production equipment using strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, referencing printed repair manuals and schematics.
