Registered Behavior Technician

Job Overview

Provide advanced behavior analytic services to children and staff under the direction of a Lancaster City Schools Behavior Specialist. Deliver quality services to students who display intensive and/or complex behaviors, and provide ABA interventions that encourage socially acceptable replacement behaviors so students can build and improve communication, social interaction, and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification for a minimum of one year (preferred). Must complete 40 hours of RBT training through an approved program within a year of employment to meet the RBT designation through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
• Holds or is eligible to obtain full ODE licensure and/or an Ohio aide permit.
