Job Description
The operations specialist is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements. This position will be part of the FINPRO team
- Policy Issuance
- Endorsement Issuance
- Vendor invoicing
- Quality Assurance
- Rating/Quoting support
- Policy file documentation
- File Set Ups
- User Acceptance Testing
- File Audits
- Interact with team and customers to complete deliverables
- Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolutions
- Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed
