Reporting directly to the Winemaker, VQA, you will be responsible for the winemaking process for the 2026 harvest. Key Responsibilities:
• Notify the Winemaker of fermentation statuses
• Conduct tastings of various juices and wines
• Ensure quality analysis is completed in a timely manner
